Nantong Tongda Silicon Steel Punching Co., Ltd. is designated as a production enterprise specializing in punching silicon steel stampings and iron cores for stators and rotors. Our main products include Y (YB), Y2, YB2, Y, YKK, YKS and YR series HV motors, and YZR (YZ), YD and YH stators for generators, sheets, iron cores for stators and rotors of special-sized motors. Our annual productivity of silicon steel sheet exceeds 80,000 metric tons.

Our company covers an area of 130,000 square meters, including 44,000 square meters of floor space. There are 800 employees. Our company is equipped with 326 giant punching machines ranging from 6.3 to 500MT, and many sets of equipment capable of high-speed unicell punching, stator press-loading and rotor aluminum casting, including 116 sets of 25-500MT punching machines, 52 high-speed punchers, 8 sets of 50-315MT pressure casting machines, 2 sets of eccentric aluminum casting equipment and 16 sets of 40-200MT stator press-loading equipment. All kinds of cold punching casts and processing equipment can be made in our company with 62 sets of casting & repairing tools and facilities.

In 2001, our company passed the evaluation of ISO/FDI9001:2000 certification. We have become one of the largest stamping producers in east China. Our products sell well in over 20 provinces. Moreover, we have established business relationships with some famous companies, such as ABB, Siemens and WEG. In 2006, we were considered as the excellent supplier by ABB.
